Day 01: Kathmandu to Lhasa (3660m)
Your Tibetan guide at Gonggar airport will welcome you up on arrival. After immigration formalities, drive along 93 km road leading to Lhasa situated at an altitude of 3660 meters. It’s advisable to rest and take it easy for the remainder of the day due to Lhasa’s altitude.
Day 02: In Lhasa(3660m)
After delicious breakfast, our guide will make arrangements for your sightseeing tour. Your guide bring you to the famous monasteries of Tibet. On your remarkable visit to Sera Monastery, you learn the important aspects of Buddhism. Following lunch, you once again continue exploring Tibetan ancient cultures and civilizations as you visit to Norbulingka, the summer palace of the Dalai Lama. Jokhang temple provides also another exciting and educational tour. Visiting around Barkhor Markets is another major highlight of the day. Finally, you head back to your hotel for relaxation and refreshments.
Day 03: In Lhasa(3660m)
In the morning, you will start to view majestic Potala Palace towering above city of Lhasa as well as enjoy unique, pristine and overwhelming collection of intricate Tibetan murals, temples, stupas, as well as tombs of eight past Dalai Lamas from a perfect vantage point.
